I have met the owner (Alison) and her wonderful family as well as MANY great people associated with the company. Alison’s Pantry is a great way to get everyday food at great prices! Q: What is Alison’s Pantry?
A: It’s a foods company based in Pleasant Grove, UT that sells restaurant-quality products in bulk for a substantial savings.
Q: If I’m not satisfied with a product, can it be returned?
A: Yes, there is a 100% guarantee.
Q: How do I place an order?
A: If you live in Billings, MT or around the Billings, MT area just give me a call (406.281.2531) or e-mail me (CLICK HERE), and I will add your items to my monthly order.
Q: What about shipping?
A: Shipping is figured at 10% of your order total – once you have added up your product total, multiply that by .10 and that is the shipping amount. This $ amount helps ensure we have trucks to deliver our food.
Q: How do I receive my order?
A: Your products are delivered to me by semi-truck. If you live in the Lockwood, Heights, Billings, Laurel areas I will deliver them to you! If you live outside of these areas we can meet somewhere in Billings next time you are in town.
Q: Do I need to have a minimum order, or to order every month?
A: No, order only what you need, when you want.
Q: When and how do I pay for my order?
A: I require my new customers to prepay – you will receive a receipt for your order. After two months I will then have you pay when your food arrives! I accept cash and checks. We are unable to use credit cards.
